SMS communications are used to facilitate operational, support, scheduling, project, service, security, and business-related communications.
Atom Creek does not use SMS messaging for promotional or marketing campaigns.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications from Atom Creek, you agree to the terms outlined in this SMS Messaging Policy, Privacy Statement, and Terms & Conditions.

SMS Communications

Atom Creek may send SMS messages related to:

  • Support ticket updates
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Appointment reminders
  • Project status updates

Atom Creek does not send promotional or marketing text messages.

  • Becoming a client of Atom Creek and providing a mobile phone number during onboarding or account setup.
  • Requesting support or services from Atom Creek and providing a mobile phone number for communication purposes.
  • Providing verbal consent during a phone call, meeting, or support interaction.
  • Communicating with Atom Creek by email and requesting or authorizing SMS communications.
  • Participating in project, scheduling, service, or emergency communications where SMS is requested or authorized by the recipient.
  • Prospective clients who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and request communication from Atom Creek may receive SMS communications related to their inquiry or requested services.

SMS communications are limited to operational, support, scheduling, project, service, security, and business-related communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Atom Creek, including support requests, project activities, scheduling, service notifications, and emergency communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messages and data usage may vary based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Atom Creek is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out of SMS Communications

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Atom Creek.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you subsequently provide consent to resume messaging.

Re-Enrolling in SMS Communications

A recipient who has opted out of SMS communications may re-enroll by replying START to an Atom Creek SMS message or by contacting Atom Creek and providing consent to resume SMS communications.

Consent may be provided verbally, in writing, or through other authorized communication channels.
